Product Return and Exchange Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring that you receive your products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below for a seamless replacement or refund process.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 24 hours of receiving your order. To do so:

  • Send us a message on WhatsApp with an unboxing video and clear images showing the damage or incorrect item.
  • Please ensure the unboxing video is available; without it, your claim may be denied.

Important Notes:

  • The wire colors of products may vary from the images, so returns for wire color differences will not be accepted.
  • Microscopic defects that are not visible after the lights are installed will not be considered for replacement or refund.
  • When contacting us, please include your Order ID and reach out via email only.

In rare cases, if a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund. Ensure the product is in its original packaging and that no parts, including packing material, are missing or installed, as we cannot accept returns otherwise.

2. Refund Processing

Once your return or exchange request is approved, the refund or replacement will be processed promptly. Refunds are automatically credited to your bank account within 3-4 business days.

3. Non-returnable Items

Please note that we operate under a No Returns Policy. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect within 3-4 days. If the item is correct and undamaged, no return will be accepted simply due to a change of preference.

4. Processing Time for Returns

It typically takes 20-25 working days for the replacement product to reach you or for the refund to be credited to your account.
