Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on expanding our services to include international shipping soon. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to bring this option to you in the near future.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We are pleased to offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee will be applied at checkout. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Once you place your order, we aim to ship it within 3 working days. The delivery time can vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 2 to 10 working days. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and courier details. This will allow you to track your package online and get an estimated delivery date.

Please note that the estimated delivery date is provided by the carrier and is an approximation. While we strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to third-party logistics, for which we are not liable.

In the event your tracking shows the package as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist with delivery issues reported beyond this timeframe. We take 3-4 days to ship your order.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Depending on the items in your order and their availability, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. We do this to ensure that each product is handled carefully and reaches you in perfect condition.
